Discount Car Rental was founded in 2003 on the French side of the Caribbean island of St Martin and since 2023 has been managed by Isabelle and Laurent. Clean, modern cars and first class service at low prices have given us a reputation for quality and a regular customer base who come back year after year. 
The office is ideally located in a commercial center at Nettle Bay on the main road from Juliana airport to Marigot (via Maho, not via the bridge). Free airport pickup and drop-off at both Juliana SXM and Grand Case SFG airports for rentals of 4 days or more. For those customers who want to come to the office we are only 10mn from Juliana airport, 10mn from Marigot Ferry and 20mn from Grand Case airport. The bureau is right next to Nettle Bay Beach Club, opposite the Flamboyant Beach Residence and the Hommage Hotel (zoom up the map below, turn on the "satellite" image to see our office located next to the sea). 2026-06-04So convenient! They meet you at the airport and take you directly to your car. Extra driver is no cost, and they just ask you return the car with a full tank! Return was incredibly easy, we met them at the airport drop off and that was it! If we come back to SXM we will definitely use Discount Car Rental again! Thank you :)

2026-05-29Discount Car Rental is a great company to use in St. Martin. Their prices are reasonable and the cars are well maintained. It was easy to find Isabelle at the airport when they delivered our car. Laurent thoroughly looked over the car and Isabelle made notes of any damage for us! On our return day, they kept our luggage for us at their office so we could go to brunch in Marigot and not worry about leaving it in the car. They took us back to the airport after brunch!! Such great people to work with and they were flexible. They rent coolers, chairs and umbrellas too! Well be sure to rent from them again!!
2026-05-28Discount car rental provided amazing service. The Pick up and drop off process was very smooth. Isabelle the owner was responsive and replied fast to emails. The car was in good condition at pick up. During our stay, they immediately replaced our windshield wipers and put new ones on to help protect us from the heavy rains. If I ever come back to St Maarten I will book with this company again.
